After graduating as a designer of buildings in 2021 at the center “AACTES et formation”, I was able to enrich my professional experience with a prime contractor.

I am at your disposal for the realization of your various projects up to 150 m²: construction, renovation, extension, declaration/prior authorization of works, building permit, survey of existing, project outline, plan and perspective, Cerfa depot, elevation, frontage modification.

I move to your home to make the statement of the existing and be able to define your project concretely.

I then make proposals for sketches, which result in a preliminary project, 2D and 3D view of the facades and the various necessary plans such as:

• Overall plan
• Site plan
• Sectional ground plan
• The facade
• Graphic insertion

In addition, I handle the declarations until obtaining the administrative filings, followed by the file after submitting and processing any additional documents.
